Meet Our Presenter:
Claire Spahn, PHARMD, MS, BCPS is a clinical pharmacist in neurology at Stanford Neuroscience Health Center. In this role, she works collaboratively with providers at various neurology and neurosurgery clinics where she manages patients’ medications, including managing side effects, dose adjustments and lab monitoring. Claire graduated with her PharmD from Western University of Health Sciences in Los Angeles. She is credentialed by the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties (BPS) as a Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS).
