This MDA webinar will discuss coping with grief and loss, specifically in terms of coping with the loss of physical health and how to cope with life looking differently than hoped. Attendees will learn about the different aspects of grief and will come away with tools and strategies to help them cope with these intense emotions. The presenter for this webinar will be Crystal Hosier, MA, Certified Grief Recovery Specialist at Crossroads Hospice.
