Susan Walter, MBA, ChSNC
Special Journey Solutions
Susan joined Special Journey Solutions in 2023 after moving to Philadelphia from the Midwest. She holds an MBA from the University of Iowa, as well as the Chartered Special Needs Consultant designation from the American College. Susan brings a wealth of experience to disability consulting and comprehensive planning through a combination of personal and professional experience. She learned first-hand about the complex needs of securing and providing for her adult son who has a disability.
Bruce H Sham, CLF
Special Journey Solutions
Bruce H. Sham, CLF, is a financial services professional with more than 44 years of experience specializing in helping families of individuals with disabilities navigate financial planning, government benefits, and community resources. A nationally recognized advocate and speaker, he has presented for organizations including hospitals, nonprofits, educational institutions, and disability advocacy groups across the country. In addition to his professional work, Bruce serves on the boards of several disability-focused organizations and has received numerous awards for his advocacy and community service.
