"We are so grateful for the opportunity to host Go Yard again this year. Last year, we were blown away by the support of the Philadelphia community, the Phillies organization and all of those that made our first annual event so special. This year is even more exciting to have Xfinity as our event's Presenting Sponsor! Jayme and I are looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and welcoming those who did not have the chance to get involved last year!" said Rhys Hoskins, Philadelphia Phillies First Baseman.

"Rhys and Jayme have made an incredible difference for people living with muscular dystrophy, ALS, and related neuromuscular diseases in the Delaware Valley; first as MDA Summer Camp counselors in high school, and for the past six years as local ambassadors for the organization. This event will be no exception." said Amanda Sweet, Account Director of the Muscular Dystrophy Association. "The Hoskins' support has not only raised valuable funds but raised awareness and hope for local families living with muscle disease."

Funds raised at Xfinity Presents Go Yard with Rhys Hoskins also support educational programs, the MDA Resource Center, multidisciplinary medical teams at the MDA Care Center at Nemours Children's Hospital in Wilmington, DE as well as the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Temple University Hospital, and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Contributions also support transformative experiences for kids and young adults at MDA Summer Camp at no cost to their families. MDA Summer Camp is in Worcester, PA, and in 21 additional locations across the country.
