NEW YORK, August 15, 2023 -- The Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) announced today the promotion of Morgan Roth to the role of Chief Marketing Officer. Ms. Roth previously served as Vice President, Marketing & Communication for the organization. She will continue to work alongside leadership and the team to grow the MDA brand and to champion strategies to inform and engage the highly diverse MDA stakeholder community.
"This integral role will not only bring greater collaboration for all groups across Muscular Dystrophy Association but will better support our mission as we continue to lead the way in accelerating research, advancing care, and advocating for access to empower the people we serve to live independent lives,” said Donald S. Wood, Ph.D., President and CEO, MDA. "Morgan’s two decades of experience leading communication and marketing strategies within nonprofit organizations and institutions around the world is a critical asset as we continue to build toward the future.”
