Welcome to MDA’s Technology Training Page for Volunteers! Technology has entirely changed the way we communicate and engage with each other, and rapidly transforming the way we work. This on-demand training site is here to help you brush up on technology and basic skills on Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.

Microsoft Office:

We utilize a wide range of Microsoft Office applications at MDA. You can collaborate from anywhere utilizing these tools. Microsoft Office covers a wide range of software titles including Excel, Publisher, OneNote, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Microsoft offers support, help and training for all Office apps. Please complete the steps below to brush up on your Microsoft skills.

Microsoft Teams:

Microsoft Teams is a collaborative workspace within Microsoft 365/Office 365 that we utilize here at MDA as a central hub for workplace conversations, collaborative teamwork, video chats and document sharing. Teams is available as a desktop app, via web browser, and as a mobile app. It is supported across all major operating systems, such as Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.
