Faculty
Elizabeth Kichula from Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Jinsy Andrews from Columbia University Irving Medical Center provide an overview of best practices and learnings that optimize patient access to care and support more efficient and effective access to treatments. The webinar reviews barriers that obstruct access to pediatric and adult care, highlights the critical role of the clinical care coordinator in optimizing treatment access, and presents best practice information to help improve patient access to treatment.
- Identify insights and learnings from centers of excellence and MDA Care Centers to address the changing landscape of processes, logistics, and staffing considerations in order to best optimize patient access to care
- Address critical role of Clinical Care Coordinators as the linchpins of patient access and support, including best practices to optimize this role within a practice
- Present specific best practices and learnings that support more efficient and effective access to treatments
