Facioscapulohumeral Muscular Dystrophy (FSHD) is a genetic muscle disorder in which muscles of the face, shoulder blades, and upper arms are most affected. FSHD is the third most common type of muscular dystrophy, behind Duchenne and Becker muscular dystrophies and myotonic dystrophy. This webinar will discuss facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy and will highlight best practices and current research in this diagnosis. The featured presenter of this webinar is Johanna Hamel, neurologist at the University of Rochester.
Live questions will be taken during the webinar. Not available to join live on October 21? This webinar will be recorded for on-demand viewing.
