Continuation of MDA funding of a project is contingent upon the completion and submission to the Association of the MDA Research Grant - Progress Status Report, demonstrating satisfactory progress. Recipients of a primary MDA research grant should complete the "Research Grant - Project Status Report" and recipients of an MDA Development Grant or Research Fellowship should complete the "Research Development Grant - Project Status Report." Also, these forms should be used for the final report on the project.

The report should contain a brief narrative of the status of the project. Please mail one copy of the Project Status Report, enclosing any preprints or published articles resulting from the project to:
