AUGIE NIETO ON “TODAY”

TUCSON, Ariz., Dec. 21 – Augie and Lynne Nieto, co-chairpersons of MDA’s ALS Division, will be featured next week on the “Today” show on NBC.

The Nietos will be interviewed as part of a “Heroes” series scheduled to run during the last week of December. The Nieto segment is slated for Thursday during the 8 a.m. hour.

The couple was interviewed by “Today”’s Natalie Morales at their home in Corona del Mar, Calif., about how ALS has affected their lives, and Augie'sQuest, their partnership with MDA to find a cure for the disease.
