JERRY LEWIS TO BE FEATURED
ON E! SERIES

MDA National Chairman and entertainment legend Jerry Lewis is the subject of what’s being called a “rare and revealing interview” to air on the E! Entertainment Television Network next weekend.

“Jerry Lewis: The E! True Hollywood Story” will premiere Sunday, May 18, at 8 p.m. Eastern and Pacific time.

“I know the public will be fascinated by this account of Jerry’s incredible career and his unmatched devotion to MDA,” Robert Ross, MDA President & CEO, said. “His decades of dedication to the fight against neuromuscular diseases set the gold standard for celebrity assistance to a charitable cause.”

Lewis became MDA’s number-one volunteer in the early 1950s, and has starred in the MDA Jerry Lewis Labor Day Telethon since 1966, making it the world’s largest televised fund-raising event.

The program will feature photographs from Lewis’ personal collection that have never been shown to the public, and exclusive video footage from his remarkable career spanning seven decades.
