it is a machine that has two air pressures, a bigger pressure breathing in and a lower pressure breathing out. My inhalation muscles are weak and I have obstrructive sleep apnea.

I am having trouble getting used to it , but I rest better. The pulmonary dr said I have a average of 97 percent oxygen when i am up but it drops to the low eightys when i am in rem sleep
