Yes, I have been here (midwest) now for 3 years. Physically been doing not quite as well lately.

my shoulder muscles are not as good, pain now when moving certain directions (my arms), that is new, last 6 months.

i found that if i use my walker to help carry heavy loads like laundry that it takes some of the strain off my shoulders

it's and inflammation of the bursa around the shoulder joint.

i als take naproxen which is an antiinflammatory and that helps with pain.

I need to see the physiatrist. I think they do the nerve conduction, doc wanted me to go this summer but I haven't yet. I will this winter. nothing they can do I'm sure.. trying to exercise more with upper body.
