The "accessible" transportation issue is very difficult to deal with in small communities. In the Portland Oregon area of the happy regionwide publicly funded transportation system. They have a special para-transit called "The Lift."

Barn, when you double click on a name, at the bottom of the screen it says "private conversation." click on that and a window opens on the upper left of the screen where you can type a message. This is another way of doing it
