weather here has been very mild,we just put up the christmas tree tonight but will still wait till Christmas eve for santa to decorate,some habits die hard.........lol

I do not think I could play wheelchair basketball. My arms are starting to show signs of more weakness.

haven't lost much in my arms but my hand grip is noticably weaker,but that may be due to my lack of strenuous activity

We had two days of temps below 32 but since have temps in the 60's and 70's. Today cooled off to the upper 40"s

there was talk of setting up the chat that wouldn't be usable with dialup but there has been a lot of complaining about that

I went to the mall with my wife on Sat. which was 30 miles away but ended up buying at the super walmart 12 miles away,I don't understand peoples complaints about walmart ,as I bought the same stuff that I saw at the mall only for less at walmart,and it keeps the sales tax local.

used to go quit often,we were there in 69 when they had the water shutt off on the American side,probably went to the falls 6 or 7 times a year, except haven't ben up there yet this year,they decorate it up real neat for Christmas, and they have a huge greenhouse with tropical plants and trees
